I am a Motorsport Project & Program Manager with a background deeply rooted in rally and racing. Having grown up in the world of rallying and later managing international programs in WRC2, WRC3, ERC1, and Junior ERC, I have developed a 360° understanding of the sport — from the technical side to team leadership and sponsor relations.
Over the years, I have worked with teams, drivers, and partners across different championships, coordinating testing, logistics, technical development, and stakeholder communication. My goal is to turn complex motorsport programs into streamlined operations, delivering both performance and value for all parties involved.
Fluent in English and experienced in multicultural environments, I combine engineering expertise with hands-on management skills, ensuring projects run smoothly from planning to execution.
Whether supporting a team on the rally stages, coordinating an international program, or advising partners and sponsors, I bring precision, experience, and vision to every project.

Program & Project Manager
As a Motorsport Program & Project Manager, I act as your strategic partner from concept to checkered flag. I orchestrate and deliver complex motorsport programs — rally or track racing — ensuring every detail is aligned: schedule, budget, resources, technical requirements, logistics and stakeholder expectations.
What I do:
Define clear goals & milestones for each program/project, from planning through to execution
Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, testing, supply, etc.) to ensure synergy and timely delivery
Manage budgets, timelines and scope changes, balancing cost, performance, and quality
Anticipate, assess and mitigate risks, and ensure contingency plans are ready
Maintain transparent, consistent communication with all stakeholders (drivers, team members, partners, sponsors)
Monitor and report on progress, ensuring performance metrics are met and lessons learned feed into continuous improvement
Rally & Racing Team Coordinator
As a Rally & Racing Team Coordinator, I ensure that every element of the team operates seamlessly — from the service park to the special stages, from the pit lane to the paddock. My role is to align people, processes, and resources, so that the team can focus on performance.
What I do:
Plan and supervise daily team operations during events and testing
Coordinate logistics, travel, and schedules for crew, drivers, and equipment
Act as the central point of communication between technical staff, drivers, management, and partners
Support decision-making under pressure, ensuring smooth execution in dynamic environments
Guarantee compliance with sporting regulations and organizational requirements
